Good choice of Hotel BUT....
Good staff, parking facilities-lovely room. Decent breakfast
The hotel needs an upgrade it is quite shabby now. The main issue we had though, was, that we paid for a suite, which was a very good room. HOWEVER, there is building work going on through the day, which made it impossible to rest after our walk. Hotel Du Vin should inform customers that their stay could be affected by building noise. It is unacceptable to pay for a top priced room and not be warned that the hotel is affected by work noise. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they said, "we are not in control of the work noise." I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable as a response. I will be escalating the issue through their management structure.

Nice hotel but quite expensive
Very clean and very nice staff. The drinks voucher for not having your room changed is a really good idea.
We were in an accessible room and the shower got the whole bathroom wet. It was also very hot at night. It’s a very nice hotel but quite expensive. The breakfast is £22 so we got breakfast out every day for much less than that.

Everything was spectacular, we were made to feel special and the staff were incredibly attentive and kind especially with our baby daughter.
